WORK EXPERIENCE

As a Senior Graphic Designer at Aquasure USA, I have been responsible for managing various creative projects while ensuring brand consistency and quality.

  • Oversaw the development and maintenance of the company's brand identity and style guide, ensuring consistency across all marketing and communication channels.

  • Led the redesign of the company's product user guides and retail packaging, resulting in a 30% reduction in customer complaints.

  • Conducted photo shoots for new product launches and developed product photography guidelines, resulting in a 40% improvement in product presentation on the company website.

  • Managed a team of junior designers and provided mentorship, training, and feedback to help them develop their skills and achieve their career goals.

Starting as an intern at 316 Publishing, I gained hands-on experience and eventually grew into the role of a full-time Graphic Designer. I collaborated with the editorial team to create compelling layouts, cover designs, and advertisements that effectively communicated the publisher's message.

  • Designed and executed email marketing campaigns that resulted in a significant increase in website traffic and sales.

  • Created social media content, planned and scheduled monthly calendars, and collaborated with the Marketing Manager to run targeted ads.

  • Managed and organized photography sessions, video recording/editing schedules, and the creation of brand-driven designs for new product ad campaigns.

  • Collaborated with the art director, copywriter, and design team to create branded products that met customers desired specifications.

  • Produced computer-generated mock-ups, infographics, and video presentations for weekly marketing meetings.

  • Supervised and trained new graphic designers, assigned work, and tracked progress to ensure timely project delivery.
